This page explains how you can delete some or all of the data that B3 (Believe Behave Become), published by StrategyX, holds about you — either from inside the app, or by contacting us.
Option 1 — Delete part of your data (keep your account)
You do not have to close your account to remove your content. Every item below can be deleted individually from inside the app.

Deleted items disappear from the app immediately and cannot be restored from within the app. Comments, budget transactions and categories, connections, and check-ins are erased from our servers at once; goals, actions, revoked sessions and closed invitations are held for 30 days in case the deletion was a mistake, then erased for good.
Option 2 — Delete your whole account
- Open the B3 app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Edit Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when asked.
Your account is deactivated straight away: every session and device token is revoked, so you are signed out on all devices, and nobody can reach your data through the app. Thirty days later the account and everything it owns are permanently erased, and your email address becomes free to register again.
Option 3 — Ask us to delete your data
If you cannot access the app, email support@believebehavebecome.io from the email address on your account, and tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific data.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request. We respond within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what we keep
Deleted
- Your name, email address, username, phone number, job title and profile photo
- Your goals, actions, repeating actions, sub-tasks and check-ins
- Your comments
- Your money accounts, categories and transactions, and your budget settings
- Your connections and invitations
- Your sessions and push notification device tokens
- Your subscription records and AI usage counters
These are hidden from the app the moment you delete your account and erased from our servers 30 days later.
Kept for a limited time

We do not keep separate database backups, so once data is erased it is gone.
Not deleted
- Items that belong to someone else's account which you were assigned to, approved, or were invited to view — for example a goal or action a connection owns. Those stay with their owner; your name is removed from them. Ask that person to delete the item from their own account.
- Aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked back to you.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, because the store bills you, not us. Cancel it separately at App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions, otherwise billing continues.
